LIGHT TUBE PAINTING

One of the photography genres that most captured my attention was Light Tube Painting by Eric Paré. See his work here: https://www.instagram.com/ericparephoto/. I followed his tips and created a team to work together on the Light Tube Painting project. The model is beautiful Valentina Ritossa, a competent yoga teacher. My good friend Diana Sincovich collaborates with technical tips and composition (skirts, in most cases). Below are a few images that show you the progress of this project from the start to today.

This photo depicts a striking, almost magical scene set on a forest path.

In the center of the image, a person stands on a dirt trail surrounded by dense, leafy green trees. They are wearing a flowing, deep red skirt and a light-colored top. Their posture is graceful, with arms raised and hands positioned as if interacting with something in front of them.

That “something” is a large, radiant, golden-yellow light structure composed of curved, translucent shapes that fan out like petals or spinning blades. The glowing form appears to illuminate the person and the nearby trees, casting warm light onto the surrounding foliage and path. The forest around them is darker and cool-toned, which makes the bright golden light stand out dramatically.

The overall mood feels dreamlike and artistic — as if the person is conjuring or dancing with light in the middle of a quiet woodland. The composition leads the eye down the path toward the subject, giving the image depth and a sense of story.
